Regularly whatever type of gas turbine you operate, you face a variety of operational challenges that can reduce the output of your turbomachinery equipment. Aerodynamic components, such as gas and steam turbine compressor parts, are subject to fouling, corrosion, erosion, and other potential damage caused by chemical reactions. If not repaired or replaced, compressor parts can degrade and cause malfunctions or potentially disastrous damage to the compressor.
Gearforce Tecnia specializes in the distribution of forged blades for thermal steam turbine and forged compressors blades and vanes for gas turbines. We can supply a wide range of blades considering sizes, weight, material and finished grades, from envelope forged blades to those ready to fit, from the biggest forged to the smallest, machined from bar.

Reverse Engineering- Blade and Vanes Sets
Our team specializes in the production and construction of blades for gas and steam turbines. With the vast machine shop available, it is able to process blades of between 10 mm and 2100 mm in size and even highly complex parts, made with the most different materials such as, for example, special steels, Inconel, Hastelloy, titanium and light alloys.
The production of turbine blades starts from the drawing or from the real "reverse engineering" sample, continues with the creation of a mathematical model and ends with the realization of the details, satisfying the more complex needs expressed by the client. The grinding is instead entrusted to an anthropomorphic robot, ensuring maximum precision and speed throughout the work cycle. A modus operandi adopted for the entire production of:
Blades for steam and gas bar turbines, forged and fusion-investment casting
Complete or sector diverter rings
Shovels for the naval sector
Triple and action shovels
